PROS -I liked the location of the hotel which is in close proximity with the mall where shops and food are readily available. CONS - (1) I was very disappointed by the hopelessly poor wifi accessibility in the room. Nobody came to fix it after informing the relevant people. (2) The room cleanliness was not consistent, at times the rubbish bin was not emptied and amenities were not complete. To make matters worse, the drainage of the bathtub was very hopeless. The water level will rise up to the ankle just for a five-minute shower. (3) The unusual location of the the power point sockets makes charging the devices very inconvenient. (4) I felt I have been discriminated because the TV in my room was that of an old model while there were flat-screened TVs in other rooms

We dont like the comfort room. No bidet near the toilet bowl.t the rain shower is busted difficult to use the faucet. I enjoy the swimming pool.

The furnitures inside the room are old and need to be cleaned or replaced... also mold in the bathroom. The lobby is rather dark and could use more lightings and the couch in that lobby has an unpleasant smell.

Old hotel, badly needs renovation throughout
What you risk: high probability of lending in a room that has a strong smell of old, rotten stuff; shower not working (didn't work in the first room we got, didn't work in the "upgraded" one either), wireless only working for 5 min, bathroom fixtures leaking. What you get: competitively priced (not worth it IMO), great staff (great people, willing to help but then there's only so much they can do). Maybe OK for one night. I would not recommend for families with children. Forget the number of "stars" and focus on reading the online reviews when deciding.

This property is right in downtown, there was functioning elevator in tower 1 at the time which it made it a long wait. The tub didn’t drain correctly , cockroach in the bathroom which my husband killed. The table cloths were dirty for breakfast. The overall cleanliness of hotel was dirty

The breakfast buffet has really reduced their selection of food items. One of the two guest elevators was down for maintenance. Should have let the guests use the service elevators. Staff is always very friendly and courteous.
