The hotel was clean, nice and the parking was $24.99 plus tax. We are giving the hotel **3 stars** because we specifically chose it because it was advertised as pet-friendly. However, the **$250 pet fee per stay** was a major disappointment. We feel this fee should be clearly displayed on the main hotel page so guests can make an informed decision before booking. I tried to cancel and book elsewhere but it was less than 24 hours so they didn’t let me cancel the reservation without charging me for the night. Other pet-friendly hotels we have stayed at typically charge around **$50 per stay**, making the $250 fee significantly higher. This was the **only major con of our stay**, but for us, it was a big one. 🐾

When I checked in I had to ask about breakfast that I added when I did the reservations. The room was clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast and found out they were closed on Tuesdays. Very disappointing. When I checked in I should have been told about the breakfast. Now an adjustment has to be done which is a inconvenience plus we had to figure something else for breakfast.
