Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating! Also near the train station as well!

Great stay with excellent breakfast. Service is friendly and the road to hotel might be a little daunting if you have a huge luggage.

Comfortable stay, near to the central main station which is about 10-15min walk. The room is spacious but wished there was a heater for us to dry our clothes after washing. The hotel is also near to the shopping streets/shops which will be great for shopping and getting food. As we drove to Stuttgart as our last stop, we returned the car with not much hassle after checking in the hotel since Europa car rental return is near the central station as well and we can easily walk back to hotel.

It was a very enjoyable stay. All the front desk reception and waiters at the bar are exceptionally friendly and helpful except maybe those at the breakfast room. Would like to compliment Daniel at reception for his outstanding hospitality which will made us want to stay there again! :)

Quite a walk from train station and hotel lobby is uphill...otherwise have to climb stairs. Room air-con doesn't work so have to open window. Towel has a smell.
