Great people!
Great staff, but hotel was well used. It had no cover for loading/unloading (and it was raining). Parking was not ideal, and hotel was older, probably in need of an upgrade. The staff was very nice.

Ants & Roaches
If you book with this hotel, please check under the couches and beds. There were ants all in the couch and on the floor. On top of having ants, I had to kill two roaches with one being a huge cockroach! The carpet was torn in places and the ceiling was peeling in spots. On the upside, the a/c worked great, but I do not plan on staying here again

THIS IS NOT A ONE NIGHT STAY PET FRIENDLY PLACE!!! If you are staying long term the pet fee is understandable, but a one or two night stay and a pet fee with taxes and more fees of like $140 on top of the regular room fee is crazy - and deceptive since it is not clear when making the reservation. I was expecting the regular $20 is fee for a pet that I thought was already included since that is what I requested when i made the reservation. I get the disclaimer that additional fees may apply if i order something like room service or I take the towels or something like that, but when I request a room and disclose that I am bringing a pet I expect those fees to be included in the room rate. It would be the same if I added more people to the reservation.... if the fee is going to be unusually high there should be a CLEAR AND BOLD notification. On top of all of this they also charged my card for the stay - so the fees are actually only $80 for the pet fee and Expedia is charging me another $40-$60 on top of that (I am still waiting for them to correct the bill)

Well first the rooms weren’t that clean, bed sheets and pillows had hair on it. Bathroom was nasty dirty, housekeeping never came to our room and cleaned.The hallway had an odor to it!

Not what I expected
Breakfast was a bag that included children’s yogurt, an orange, water, and nutri-grain bar. I always had to look for someone since the front desk was not manned. No tissue or soap in the bathroom upon arrival. I needed to extended my stay but changed hotels. I do not recommend.
