We booked two apartments for our family and had a very enjoyable stay. The kids especially loved spending time in the pool! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As many other guests have mentioned, the property could use some updates, but overall, we had a good experience. The apartments were clean when we arrived, and the location was very convenient, just a 12-minute drive from La Rochelle. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

Résidence open at 16pm, arrived at our room air conditioning doesn’t work, reception told us they rent without air conditioning 😂😂😂. Fortunately we checked out before the hot week arrived. Sink broken, water everywhere. Main door locked had broken . The quiet dirty lots of tâches. Bad experience!

The check in was late (from 18:00 to 20:00) and the flat was not ready. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half before being able to check in. When entering, we saw the cleaning was partially done. Dust were still on the floor and a bit everywhere. We booked the full package with towels, shower gel and bedsheets but it is only the 2nd day where we were provided those items. When noticed, we went back to the reception but it was already closed. We slept the first night without bedsheets and had no towels. The flat is overall ok but not in the best conditions (AC old and not working, dog hairs on the blankets, dust on the floor, broken sofa, damaged floor…). Despite this experience, the company were very short of staff and we felt like they did everything they could to maintain the place and their work. We wished that there was a better organization.

Le parking privé est un vrai plus. L’hôtel dispose également d’une piscine, mais je n’ai pas pu en profiter car elle était fermée. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. En revanche, plusieurs points m’ont déçue. À mon arrivée, la salle de bain était bouchée et j’ai dû prévenir la réception. Les toilettes n’étaient pas propres et je n’ai eu qu’une seule serviette. Dans la formule que j’avais choisie, le ménage de fin de séjour, les serviettes et le linge de lit étaient inclus. Pourtant, j’ai dû faire le lit moi-même, puis tout retirer au moment du départ. J’ai également dû remplir un formulaire concernant l’état de la chambre à mon arrivée, notamment sa propreté et les éventuels problèmes. La chambre était par ailleurs très mal insonorisée. Étant au rez-de-chaussée, j’entendais beaucoup de bruits pendant la nuit, au point d’être réveillée et d’avoir eu peur à plusieurs reprises. Enfin, il n’y avait ni cafétéria ni distributeur permettant d’acheter simplement une bouteille d’eau sur place, ce qui aurait été appréciable. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel et le parking privé, l’ensemble de ces points a vraiment nui à mon séjour.

En ces périodes caniculaires, la clim est évidemment une priorité dans les choix de logements et hors quand c’est précisé et qu’elle est en panne c’est dommageable. De plus les araignées à tous les coins de murs ne sont pas la meilleure des compagnies. Et pour finir une douche sans pommeau, pas très pratique et il a fallut insister pour qu on nous le change. En bref, une nuit de camping aurait ete bien plus appropriée.

Communication with the host appeared to be quite poor from the very beginning. All the emails and information presented to be detailed but all written in French language only. Other hosts during my trip to France provided all information in at least two languages: French and English. This included information about check in process. Having arrived to this property on Sunday evening its reception presented to be deserted. It meant to be open for 2-3 hours at that time but was closed. After half hour wait I checked emails and concluded from the one written in French language that key would have been left in the safe next to the entrance. In the meantime I tried to contact the host on a number provided but without any response. Having grabbed keys with welcome pack, written also only in French language, went to search for the flat. One of the workers helped me to find it. After few minutes I found few cockroaches in this property. I tried to contact the host but could not get in touch with anyone. No one was available at reception neither, and the worker I had approached earlier disappeared. I had left two of the cockroaches in the glass covered with leaflet and small box on the table in the living room, as a form of evidence, and left the property immediately. I returned the key to the safe and contacted the host via message on Expedia and direct email. I pointed out this issues and requested money back. Few days later and still have not heard back from them. Avoid it.

grande déception

Séjour dernière semaine d'août. Pas de climatisation dans l'appartement, alors que c'était prévu dans l'annonce, remplacé par ventilateurs ! Les jeux pour enfants étaient fermés car travaux à faire. La cuisine n'a pas de plan de travail. Elle n'est pas du tout pratique. Manque de placard à hauteur d'homme. Les balais et serpillères sont dans la cuisine, sans rangement, à l'air libre, ce qui n'est pas du tout hygiénique! Un petit retour pour faire un comptoir plan de travail serait le bien venue. En ce qui concerne les couverts, il fallait faire la vaisselle à chaque repas sinon, pas assez de couverts! Deux des abat-jours étaient cassés. Sur les 4 chaises extérieures, une était cassée. Un ascenseur menant au parking ne fonctionnait pas. Le portillon de la piscine avait le verrouillage qui ne fonctionnait pas. Manque d'entretien en général.

État de l’établissement très décevant L’etablissement est malheureusement dans un état de délabrement qui ne correspond absolument pas au tarif affiché.. Les installations sont vétustes, l’entretien laisse vraiment à désirer, et l’hygiène n’est pas au rendez-vous : je n’ai même pas eu le courage d’utiliser la salle de bain. Cet établissement aurait vraiment besoin d’une rénovation complète avant de pouvoir accueillir des clients dans de bonnes conditions. C’est certain, je ne reviendrai pas

Pas de clim. Moisissure dans salle de bain et rideau de la chambre moisi. Reloger avec 1 chambre de moins car celle réservée avait un problème technique. Toile d araignée sur les chaises dehors et de la poussiere sur la table du salon de jardin. Tout etait vétuste, ménage pas fait, pas de draps ni de serviette. 1 demi rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 personnes ! Manquait le néon de la cuisine. Tres décevant pour 240 € la nuit.

Je cherche encore les trois étoiles que je n'ai pas trouvé dans cet hôtel, photos pas d'actualités, vieux et vétuste. Je n'aurai jamais pris cet hôtel, mais réservation par internet et paiement d'avance donc obligé de rester. Les seuls+ de ce lieux le parking souterrain gratuit, la piscine et le nom de l'hôtel qui laissait rêver un peu mais qui ne correspond pas du tout au lieux.

Court séjour

L'acces au site est en travaux, et cela surprend un peu. Les poubelles sont toutes regroupées en debut d allee et au ras des locatifs ... peut-être à cause des travaux....du coup le visuel est pas extra A l accueil de la résidence, les chariots de linge (sacs oranges) sont partout. C est boff quand on arrive.. Manon à la réception...adorable et prévenante. Quand à la localisation...nickel
