Staff was nice, check in & out was no problem. Laminate floor in room was cut too short to meet up with carpet. Just looked terrible for this price range hotel. Bathtub had multiple hairs in it. Gross. Housekeeping should pay more attention to detail. For the price of the stay, breakfast should have been included. I've stayed at plenty of cheaper 2 star hotels that are nicer with free breakfast. Hot tub should have been hotter. It was more like a warm jetted bath tub. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Property outside was clean and safe. Good location. Overnight stay was quiet with no interruptions.

The facility and room were very nice! The location was awesome near the freeway with several good restaurant options. The beds were so so, not firm which seemed odd for a newer hotel. The made to order breakfast was bad.

Our room was clean- there were some cosmetic things but that was about it. Bed and pillows were ok. We asked for an accessible room- this was not an accessible room. Just because you put a grab bar outside a shower doesn’t make it accessible. It was a short stay so my husband just didn’t shower but if someone was in a wheelchair they could not have used the bathroom and the bed wouldn’t have worked.

Stop smoking the weed!
Hotel was ok. The front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Messes up my check in and double charged me for the room. Room was ok but there was so much noise! You can hear every person in every other room. The fire alarm went off at 1AM because someone was smoking weed in a room and it set off the alarm. It took the fire department forever to figure out how to shut the alarm off. Needless to say, very lousy night of sleep.
