Our stay at Arenal Monoa & Hot Springs Resort was excellent. It served as a great home base while our family explored the volcano & the surrounding jungle. The property is very clean. The pool, pool bar & hot springs were relaxing. The views are incredible and you will encounter plenty of wildlife while walking around the property. It was nice to get away from the crowds in La Fortuna with an easy 10 minute drive to the resort. The on-site restaurants are good, which made our decision to eat at the resort that much better. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

One of the best resorts we have lived in. The pool and hot springs were amazing. Our boys loved the pool and the view of Arenal Volcano from the pool was amazing. The grounds are stunning with lots of opportunities for wildlife sightings. With two large thermal pools and half a dozen smaller thermal “ponds” it never felt overcrowded even during busy Easter week. The staff was very helpful and gracious. Be sure to indulge in a spa visit if you can. The massage and mini facial, done in a small open air hut on the riverbank, was divine.
