Horrible experience but great location
Great location but you can get a different 5 star hotel in the same area, go for it. AC in the room was not working and it was so hot to sleep. Complained, they sent me a fan. Then later moved me to a different room that’s away smaller than the one I paid for but had AC. I did not care since I wanted to sleep. The breakfast selection and quality is so poor. Don’t spend the extra money on breakfast, go get breakfast outside. Not sure how this is a 5 star hotel. Maybe for the location and the 6th floor view. But overall I would not stay there again.

Worst experience. I have stayed at this property last year in December and wj never stay again after my recent experience. It is dirty and unprofessional staff. People smoke in the rooms and I was sick from the cigarette smoke. Complained numerous times and saw no improvement. Staff and management didn’t do anything to make my stay better . They don’t have any customer service. The experience was so bad, I probably will never visit TURKEY.

Rude customer service , general manager did not even handle it. We were 4 different groups with different reservation for the same day . The hotel cancelled threee reservation and said it was a problem . We had to look for hotel after 14 hr flight. Because we checked in late they sold our tools. I akways maje the sand type of reservation with Expedia and pay at hotel . This time was a disaster fir 4 different families that we are friends. Very disappointing

Spent 5 nights at Legacy Ottoman and DO NOT recommend. Upon arrival told reservation cancelled due to declined card but I’d chosen ‘pay at property’ in Expedia so they never recv’d a card #. Decor in rooms dated, very few electrical outlets, key cards constantly stopped working, carpeting and draperies at hotel were not clean, Jacuzzi tub overflowed, shower leaked, gave me bathrobes with holes in them instead of towels, tried to charge me for items I did not use from the minibar on checkout. One day staff knocked on my door but before I got there to open it he opened the door with hotel key. When he saw me he said he was there ‘to check that everything was all right’. If that were the case why did you walk into my room when no one answered? Very suspicious and made me feel unsafe. On the plus side: Dining staff and spa staff were outstanding. Poorly run and maintained hotel. Stay somewhere else.
