Best hotel in Sicily
Manager, Francesco remembers me !!! I stayed this hotel last September. This hotel has the best location, very close to the station. Breakfast at a patio with Mallorca ceramic table is fabulous! I definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come to Catania!

2/10 Poor

Stay away! Dirty and terrible staff
Terrible property! Avoid at all cost!! The pictures on the site were taken years ago! Since it has not been updates or cleaned. Front desk staff extremely rude. Moreover, I left my luggage for the afternoon after checkout. When I returned, I was charged in cash for it by the front desk attendant. I was never told I had to pay and I’m cash! No receipt, nothing. I travel several weeks out of the year for many years already. This is the first time I encountered this. This is not a 3 start hotel, it’s a 1 or two at max. Stay away from it!!
