We upgraded in order to have a fridge. The fridge was replaced after 48 hours. We paid extra for our friend to stay on the last night, and had arranged for a bed to be put in the room. On return, there was no bed, wet towels and no extra towel for our friend. The nice receptionist moved us to another room with Ed, towels and a clean room.

Great stay. Had a conference at Alvsjo. It was in a fantastic location for the conference. Close to the train station. The location is really fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maybe they could have given more towels at least every other day...however, the rest of the experience was great!

Not again
During 4 days the room has not been cleaned at all and no fresh towels were put in the room. I got 2 towels when I asked but about cleaning the room I requested and nobody came. The stained carpets on hallway Ives a really dirty feeling

I enjoyed the connecting rooms. Was very nice since I (female) traveled with 2 male friends and we were able to close the doors for privacy. Depending where you were located, it could be really loud with people playing in the hallways or walking past for breakfast. Rooms further in the back were quieter.

A good and affordable place to stay
This is a good and affordable place to stay that's only a few minutes walk from the commuter train that takes you into downtown in about 10 minutes. There's also a few stores and places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was really good as well, and we loved the service and help we got with both parking and late check out. Especially Isabelle was very helpful and made our lives easier. :)
