Very overpriced for a tired run-down resort. Expensive/average food. Standard King room was OK except balcony misrepresented as having seating area but was standing only. Pool never really clean and a couple of days green and unusable (seems they only have one old pump they move from one pool to the other. Stagnant "ponds" of smelly water in grounds and a lot of overgrown weedy garden areas.

Nice stay
Great stay with family. Staff was great, location is incredible. Nice hotel, a little dated but a nice stay, would come again. Breakfast was solid, some of the seemingly Eastern European guests were a little rude at the buffet…perhaps cultural differences (cutting people off in line, overfilling plates with others waiting for limited items etc.), not really resort’s fault. Again, overall a nice stay.

An ok family resort
This resort has facilities but unfortunately not well maintained. It used to be owned by Novotel. It’s not a four star resort.Our toilet had draining issues which was very annoying. The buffet breakfast was ok. Not much variety. The best part of our stay was the kids club. The kids enjoyed it. It’s located near town centre so can walk to it
