Highly Recommended
The facility was organized , clean and efficient. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean, comfortable and met my and my family’s expectations. The outer bed sheets in the master bedroom had notable stains on the full sheet as well as in the pillow cases on the right side. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the facility and the unit. Love the friendliness, accommodating and efficient attitude of all the staff we encountered. This facility is highly recommended!

I always enjoy staying in Somerset property with pleasant and attentive staffs. This time, my experience was great with the helping staffs, though would like to make some comments on the condition. 1. First impression, I was quite surprised with how the room was prepared. Pillows literally stink, first thing I had to do was to call housekeeping to change pillows & pillow cases. 2. Bathroom sink and bathtub drainage were full of bugs when they are dry. Although they easily disappear once I drain water for few minutes. 3. On the first morning, I went down to have breakfast. I was really disappointed with how they control their staffs & guests. I had to comment to one of the staffs, to remind people to wear face masks properly, especially when they go to the buffet area. This is something we should not go easy with. I did not go to the restaurant from the next morning.
