For some peaceful country living, this property boasts two brand new 2 bedroom semi-detached house fully equipped and furnished with large wrap-around garden and a sparkling swimming pool shared with the other villa. Both properties can be rented out seperately or together.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and consists of light wood finishes, two under counter appliances, an under counter oven with a glass-top hob.
The home has air conditioning in every room and is tiled throughout in ceramic wood tile, including in both bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors that open out to the garden and pool area. The master bedroom features a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with it’s own entrance hall. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds.
With a Southward orientation, the villa offers great morning sun exposure.
There are two bathrooms ( main en- suite,) that offer modern finishes with Geberit toilets.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Parking is available in front of the villa entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is necessary for an enjoyable stay.
Santa Barbara da nexe , Medronhal is a hamlet in Faro. Medronhal is situated nearby to Guilhin, and northeast of Falfosa.
There is a direct bus departing from Faro Bus Terminal and arriving at Bela Salema - Refina. Services depart three times a day, and operate Monday to Friday. The journey takes approximately 15 min.
