Exceptional
We have stayed here before and the quality of the hotel and the staff is second to none. This time it was as good, if not better and we will be staying here again on our next visit to Haarlem. The rooms are very clean, well decorated and just a nice place to be, and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. There is also a large carpark which is free as an added bonus for us.

Very helpful and friendly on reception, hotel was beautiful and clean felt very luxurious, apart from the repairs that were being carried but that didn’t affect our stay, we found the staff in the restaurant a little rude at times and couldn’t answer our questions on the menu when asked

I enjoy the room with a balcony. Only problem I really had was my room card did not work. I went to the front desk and 5 times. They try to change the battery on the door but I still had a problem getting into the room. It was annoying to go downstairs 5 times and change the room card then to come back and still couldn’t open the door.

Hotel is nice but customer service was lacking
The hotel has a nice interior. The rooms are generally comfortable however the customer service is lacking. I arrived late as my flight was delayed, so this ended up being after midnight. On arrival I was told by the front desk that he was going on holiday so didn't care when I returned to tell him my room wasn't right. I had booked a twin room with what I thought (based on the pictures and advertising) was 2 double beds but there was only 1 double bed. This turned out to be 2 singles put together, but the server at the front refused to help get the room sorted or explain this was the standard room (falsely advertised imo). When leaving my friend and I went to get water from the restaurant. Despite having paid 200euros+ by this stage in the room + breakfasts, we were told that "breakfast had ended" and we were told to get out as lunch was now starting. We just wanted water. The hotel itself is nice but customer service could definitely be better.

Terrific hotel!
Exceptionally high quality and value, a real gem! I would be very happy to stay here again. The room was very spacious indeed, well appointed and with terrific bathroom and facilities. Staff were invariably helpful and polite, and the restaurant serves lovely food too!
