Boasting nearly 3,000 sq ft of designer living space, this modern 4BR/3.5BA estate is impeccable inside and out. Walk to the beach, ocean-side eateries, and The Links at Bodega Harbour.
Enjoy panoramic ocean views throughout the two-story open floor plan. Stream shows on one of two smart TV's, relax in the media/yoga room, cook in a chef's kitchen, or host a cookout on the large balcony.
Watch for migrating whales, fishing boats, crabbers, and surfers on Doran Beach. Situated off the 15th green, you'll find the best wildlife views here. Bobcats, deer, blue herons, and egrets.
After perfect coastal days, soak in your private hot tub, gather on the rooftop deck (one of very few in the entire Harbour community), or socialize around the gas firepit.
LIVING AREA
The sun-soaked living room features upscale furnishings and a gas fireplace. The elevated TV nook has a sectional and 55in smart TV. Enjoy direct access to the rooftop observation deck with panoramic views from Point Reyes to Bodega Bay to the Inner Bay and Marina.
Enjoy the scenic library, equipped with Sonos speakers, and peruse numerous bird watching, shore exploring, and cook books.
Take in views to the ocean in the oversized media/yoga room with two sofa sleepers. Stream shows with Roku on the 75in TV equipped with a Sonos soundbar. Or slide the sofas aside for yoga and stretching. During the winter, radiant heat enhances your stretching experience.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen is detailed with ample counter space, purified water on tap, and stainless steel appliances - including a Viking fridge. Extras include a rice cooker, George Foreman Grill, ice cream maker, baking supplies, and a blender.
Sample appetizers at the island for four, then gather for meals at the 10-seat dining table with picture views.
BED & BATH
The master suite is appointed with a queen bed, an electric fireplace, a walk-in closet, and direct balcony access. The spa-like en-suite bath holds a double vanity, a water closet, a rain steam shower, and soaking tub.
The California Room has a queen bed and walk-in closet, the third and fourth bedrooms each have a king bed - all three rooms feature ocean views and direct outdoor access.
Two guest baths have walk-in showers, and a half bath upstairs provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in amazing ocean views from an array of inviting outdoor areas. Sip morning coffee on the scenic rooftop deck. Grill meals on the roomy balcony, equipped with a gas grill.
Enjoy after-dinner drinks on the patio, complete with a gas firepit and a bubbling hot tub.

Parking notes: Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. No more than 4 vehicles may be parked at this property. Guests who park excessive vehicles at this property will be requested to remove them for compliance, and if they refuse, will be evicted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
