Located a short 10-minute drive to Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pacific Grove, and Monterey, 20 minutes to Carmel Valley, and 40 minutes to Big Sur. The beautifully updated interior has two smart TVs and two dining options. An added perk includes provided parking.
The family room features art imported from a 15th-century French Chateau, Restoration Hardware furnishings, and a flat-screen TV. This vacation rental has one bedroom with a queen bed, hotel-quality linens, large wardrobe, dresser, TV, and a seating area surrounded by beautiful European paintings. Sliding glass doors open to a large terrace. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Pack lightly, a washer/dryer is provided for added convenience.
Create favorite meals in the sunlit kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as a two-seat kitchen bar. The kitchen has everything a heart desires. A five-burner gas range, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, rice cooker, barista-style espresso machine, dishes, silverware, utensils, glass and cookware. A bistro table seats two.

Visit the famous Pebble Beach golf courses, the shops in Carmel-by-the-Sea, historic Cannery Row, and the Pacific Grove. Enjoy the jellyfish display and visit the penguins at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Have dinner at The Spanish Bay Resort, a short drive away where you can listen to the romantic sounds of a bag piper, with the ocean as a backdrop, playing nightly on the outside terrace.

The property is not equipped with air conditioning.
Parking notes: Designateed parking is available for 1 car in the driveway. Your car must be parked on the right side of the driveway, however you must keep the path to the garage clear. It is very important to not park in front of the garages as these are used by seperate businesses. Any car that it blocking the garage may be towed at owner expense. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
