바다뷰가 최고네요 건물도 신축이라 깨끗하고 방도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 욕실에 필요한 어멘테티 다 구비되어 있었구요. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 해어드라이기가 무겁고 바람이 약하다? 그리고 건물 안 엘리베이터가 두 대인데 느려서 그런건지 층수에 비해 두 대가 부족한건지 한 번 올라갔다 내려갔다 할 때마다 기다리는 시간이 오래 걸렸어요.

동해안 해수욕장 인근 최적의 시설..
숙박공유형이라서 그런지 여름 바닷가 여행에는 아주 적합한 훌륭한 시설임. 5박 있었는데 바닷가에 몸도 담그고, 주변 설악산 국립공원도 가고, 바다 해산물 음식도 먹고.. 주변 영랑호와 청초호도 있어 좋은 여행이었음. 객실 내부에 드럼세탁기, 건조기, 커다란 냉장고와 냉동고.. 이게 제일로 좋았음. 해수욕하다가 와서 샤워하고 시원한 맥주에 과일안주.. 언제든 벗어서 세탁하고 건조할 수 있는 시설, 속초 등대해수욕장의 탁 트인 파노라마 풍광.. 강추.. 다만 객실 청소나 문의건에 대해선 상담이 미흡하거나 카톡 연락없는게 약간의 문제이지만 그외는 대단히 만족한 여행이었음.^^
