Great modern hotel on the outskirts of Lille and adjacent to a shopping centre. Room was considerably larger than other B&B Hotels I have stayed at. Very well kept and staff very helpful. Parking is on level -3 of the adjacent Lillenium multi-storey car park (signed from the road) with a lift directly to the hotel.

Lovely place to stay, Room was perfect size for us to have space. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. Bit of a walk into the main part of Lille from hotel but was nice to walk through places we might not have seen. The hotel is new and clean. Conveniently located near a mall so shopping is very easy. If you need anything to buy in the supermarket its just a few steps away. Prices in the bearby supermarket is very reasonable too. Lille France is a great place to visit.

Reason hotel

Our room wasn't ready until after 2.30pm but it was clean and tidy and reasonably spacious. Friendly staff on reception and the issues we had were resolved quickly, ie. the bathroom had a sliding door that wasn't fitted correctly and fell off. The room does have aircon but is not great and the windows do not open so it got quite warm. Hotel has a bar but it closes at 11pm which is a shame as not really anything else in the area. Breakfast had a good selection, but it can get busy at certain times. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of town with a good public transport link. A bit of a strange arrangement with parking in that you have go out and back into the car park every 24 hours to get a new ticket as it shares the car park with the shopping centre next door.
