The Desk staff was courteous, efficient, & professional. She answered my ?'s regarding the rental & options. Superb job today! We’ve stayed at the Hearthstone before, and its clear that these people know what they’re doing in operating a hotel, and they do it very well. Clean efficient, well decorated and with a decent bed to sleep in. Room; The room was spacious, clean and the furniture well positioned. The bathroom was clean and large enough for a couple to prepare in the morning to start their day. Coffee maker and small fridge are always appreciated when travelling, and this room had each. The bed was large and comfortable, and an assortment of pillows allowed a guest to choose firm or soft depending on your preferences. The room faced the front and was quiet in the night. …… did a good job here with running a Hotel. Well done.

The hotel was extremely clean. Due to the current situation there was no room service but the hotel made sure we had plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper etc. Just one little thing. No one told us what to do with the garbage if our bin is full. But no complaints at all. We would definitely go back again. Thank you,

The location of the hotel is excellent! We loved the direct access to the ski hill, restaurants, and bars. The rooms and hotel itself are quite outdated with old carpets and the sofa bed in the living room wasn't the most comfortable. But the rooms were clean and spacious - overall a great experience!

Hearthstone Lodge is right in the heart of Sun Peaks. True ski-in ski-out location and several restaurants below the hotel itself. Rooms are spacious enough with small kitchens. The rooms are dated and while they get cleaned, they need a deep deep cleaning, everywhere. Otherwise; we enjoyed our stay there.

Liked the ski in ski out. Central to shops and restaurants. The Murphy bed was comfortable enough but the hid-a-bed had a thin mattress through every string and wire of the spring could be felt. I would recommend prospective clients to request only a remodeled unit. The ski locker room was so narrow to make it difficult to store and retrieve skis.
