This hotel in no way meets Comfort Inn standards: It is filthy and shabby; how long has it been since the carpets were cleaned?? Housekeeping clearly is not supervised; the first thing I saw was a bedside lamp leaning almost on its side; there were bits of trash on the floor; there was dust on surfaces; there was no indication the TV remote had been sanitized. The heat/AC does not work smoothly. I really appreciated having the large refrigerator, but there was no way to control the temp to make it colder. The staff, especially at the front desk, were great, but I am done with Comfort Inn!!! I in no way felt safe as far as Covid precautions.

No masks worn
Employees and guests not wearing masks, or if they were, they were below their bosses or find. No hand sanitizer in the sanitizer stations. No precautions being taken. I felt very unsafe and left as early as I could the next morning. Do not recommend!

Non smoking room smelled like old smoke. Bathroom dirty, shower curtain rod broken causing the curtain to stay open on both sides. Bathroom light flickering. When the light was on it was tripping the electrical socket. Pretty much a hazard to anyone who stays here. Carpet was stained and smelled.
