Favorite hotel in Bangkok
My wife and I love this hotel. It is the best hotel we ever stayed in Bangkok. The staff is incredible. It is very close to the BTS station St. Louis. I wish I could live there. Seriously. Our 1 bed room suite was close to 100 sm. Very nice and modern and super clean. We can\t wait to go back.

RE: Worst bed I've slept on.
Very disappointed with Ascott. Wanted to try my country's establishment for the first time but..... It was the worst bed I've slept on. It's one of those cheap, hollow, springy kind of bed. Any little movement would shake the entire bed. Now I have a backache after sleeping on it for 3 nights. Please have the establishment invest in better beds for customer.

It was great to be back staying at one of our favourites in Bangkok. Ascott Sathorn is well located a short walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station. The apartments are spacious, self contained and well cleaned. We had 3 adults and 1 child so the extra space was required. Excellent service from all the staff on arrival and departure. Special mention of the fantastic service by the staff at Bistro Montmartre where we had breakfast on the second day. Loved our stay.

Great location of hotel. Walking distance to train, local markets, restaurants and more. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Remarkable gym with 2 levels. Pool is nice. Didn’t get chance to use spa as it was temporary closed at time but there was one across street at another which we all received authentic Thai massage. Hotel has everything you need! Great experience!

The location has improved with the opening of the St Louis BTS station! The 2-bedroom unit is very spacious, well-equipped but could bear some upgrading such as providing USB ports next to the power points.
