The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. However, there were a few hiccups with the cleanliness of my room. Also, it’s misleading to say that the property is on the beach when you have to take a shuttle to get there. The restaurant on site has delicious food but limited options. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The bed was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room was beautiful, with everything looking updated and well maintained. The location was another huge plus—the beach was only about a two-minute walk away, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We took the hotel shuttle to Vivo Beach Club which was another plus to staying at this hotel.

I stayed here with a friend and we loved the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. We had a great view of the pool and the beach. Ariana at the front desk was amazing. The coffee shop was great! We loved the location as it was close to everything. The beach club was very nice and we wished we had gone sooner. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
