Very good 8.0
Great stay. We’ll stay there again. David is a wonderful host. Super location - close to Wrigley, pizza, and fun. Free parking!

Exceptional 10.0
Cute and quaint
Cute and quaint (which I prefer to the big boxes). Small rooms but I was out most of time. Close to Wrigley. Secure. Shared central room/fridge each floor, but only 3 rooms on my floor (and only 3 floors). Nice continental brkfst in basement speakeasy room, which was pretty cool room. David the innkeeper was pleasant and helpful...very much enjoyed my stay.

Exceptional 10.0
Unique and pleasant stay
I stayed two nights...Dead and Company at Wrigley. Great location...no need to drive. I walked Wrigley, Chicago Diner, and more. Had a great cocktail in Room 13. All in all...I would definitely stay again,

I WILL stay here again!
When I arrived, David was quick to provide the parking permit. He told me I should find a spot before the good ones are gone. Then to come back and register for my stay. It was awesome to be able to walk to Wrigley Field for my concert. The wi-fi was very spotty.

Poor 2.0
Worst experience ever.
I call this place to tell them my flight comes in at ohare at 12:39. After renting the car I wouldn't be out there til 2 maybe 3 in the morning for check in.Innkeeper says just call him when I arrive. I called 5 times the phone goes to answering machine . I'm in a town I've never been to this area. Doesn't look all that safe and there's no place to park. White zone for loading unloading. I ended up going to motel 6. After securing the room the innkeeper calls and asks where am I. He's got to be kidding me. So I tell him that I'll try to stay the next day but my day was full. Chicago art institute and a Angel game at Wrigley. I call the innkeeper and tell him I'm having dinner at lou malnits for a deep dish pizza. I get to the inn around 9 maybe a little later and the innkeeper doesn't answer the phone again this was bullshit so back to motel 6. The innkeeper calls again now he's blaming me for not walking out of my car that was in a loading zone when I called him and said I should have come to the front desk. There's no parking like his claims. Then the rude bastard hung up on me. If you're a business traveler don't go here these guys won't answer their phone. We all know how meetings ties one up. They take your money in advance and give crappie customer service.
