Great Rooms/Staff, Amenities Miss the Mark
I was a little thrown off by the condition of the 11th floor amenities (gym, pool, rooftop deck). The gym didn’t have much equipment and didn’t match the pictures. The pool and rooftop deck are nice looking but completely empty of lounge chairs/furniture or staff. It was also very dirty from someone having a late night party up there the prior night. For the cost of the hotel, it seems a little odd to not better utilize these spaces. There were also some other repair issue throughout common areas of the hotel like missing floor and room numbers, damaged walls, little stuff like that. Overall, the rooms were fantastic and the staff was delightful though. A+ on that part of the stay.
You’ll need to be creative with your workout if you typically lift weights.  There was barely a matt to do sit-ups.
