Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We had reserved ocean view rooms and were given small rooms in the back facing a wall with the excuse the front rooms had been flooded by recent showers. As compensation the front desk offered to comp diners in the restaurant which turned out to be a mediocre buffet at best. Not a fair compensation. Just a poor excuse for overbooking.
