Overpriced and Basic
This hotel is more like a jumped up basic travel lodge than a 4 star residence . The rooms are very small with very poor air conditioning ,the shower runs hot / cold with weak water flow , the hotel swimming pool is next to the reception and is freezing cold because it never gets the sun and is very noisy …there aren’t even any day loungers , the breakfast is very basic with fruit and breads put out very early in the morning so everything dries up in 90 degree heat ….as frequent travellers to Cambodia this is the first hotel that demand full payment on check in and then want more on deposit in case you order food from one of the basic overpriced restaurants in the building …one day we ordered an expensive overcooked flavourless baguette on the 2nd floor cafe and had to go to the rooftop on the 11th floor to collect the fries …it’s badly planned out …poorly operated in a location where you have to leave by taxi to find other places to eat and drink ..avoid if you can

This is clearly a very nice hotel, which it should be at the price for Phnom Penh. However, the selling point of a swimming pool which literally never gets any sun on it is utterly bizarre and lets this hotel down massively for a tourist. There are no sunloungers beside the pool, which we thought odd, but then upon realising (and asking staff) the pool and area around it never gets any sun. The rooftop is great, although not cheap, and the happy hour deals, the staff seemed to give different answers every time on what we could have. Rooms are very modern, very nicely done, very clean, with comfy bed. But the pillows are horrific nonsense. When we asked for some harder pillows, even the staff knew, but then produced two pillows exactly the same as the others. We both had bad necks in the morning after attempting to sleep. Overall, a good hotel with two major flaws.

Très décevant
Lors de la réservation, ils annonçaient encore "River view", mention supprimée depuis, puisqu'il y a un nouvel immeuble en face. Avec insistance, j'ai finalement obtenu une suite "corner" avec un tout petit dégagement. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est pauvre. Cet hôtel est neuf mais c'est de la frime de A à Z. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
