    The hotel in general is well kept and beautiful; however, the food in the buffet is not very good and always the same theme "International". The junior suite was very noisy, there is this annoying noise coming from some kind of plumbing (like running water) although it was reported no one got back to us and we had to deal with it for all our staying. If their suites have this issue, I am just wondering how their normal rooms are.

    Very clean in general. Employees wore masks and enforced the guests too as well when entering restaurants, ordering food/drinks, and walking around. The employees were very helpful. My husband lost his phone in the van and it was returned to us the next morning! Great service. Only complaint is that there wasn’t an adults only pool and there were kids everywhere. Overall, had a great time and definitely will consider coming back!

    RIU is better than this.

    The room was cool but always humid. Everything stayed damp. The shower preassure would cut out and scoulding hot water would come out. It could be very dangereous. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were tiny and thin. There is little shade and few umbrellas for the beach and pool. The water in the pools will be very warm. Lots of families and kids. 90% families with kids running around everywhere dining, pools, lobby, bars. Buffet was up and down. Wednesday was great but the other days were blah. Breakfast was the worst unless you like migas. Migas was in at least 5 stations every breakfast. Diner restaurants were good. Avoid the Steakhouse. The pools and beaches were covered in litter. The staff couldnt keep up with the litter. There were a few great moments and I could see everyone trying to normalize the experience but with some many kids it was a crowded, hot, messy, and damp experience that I wish I had skipped.

    The property it’s nice enough for the price paid. The rooms are medium size but the restroom gets very hot and humid because the ac AC doesn’t get in there. They are taking good safety measurements for the pandemic having hand sanitizer everywhere and taking everyone’s temperature but the main restaurant is a buffet and everyone’s serves themselves so everyone touches the same spoons and that’s very dangerous due to the situation we currently live with the pandemic. The food at that restaurant (main one) was not good and repetitive. Also there is 4 swimming pools and at a certain point during the day they’re very full so once again not safe.

    I was expecting the resort rooms to be more updated. Comforters were old, the room smelt of mold, and weren’t as appealing as the photos. The restaurant were not of my liking as well, other than one of them. Overall I personally would not return to this resort.
