Godd location hotel that why i choose this hotel for my weekend staycation but ita change because once i checked in get toom floor 21th try to open room door cannot and i need to go down back again ask for another card key to go to room . Go back up again still cannot and i have to make call from my phone because very frustrated to go down again because no phone on the floor that can call reception . Ask hotel team to come to our floor to check after that we had to wait at lounge area while our room been sort out and luckly get upgrade but view KLCC but on bad side only 1 lift i can use to go to 14th floor other lift button 14th floor cannot function Very frustrated on my weekend staycation Hope you can improve on this matter

I was lucky to be the only one amongst the 4 of us that had a room booked to get a lovely view of the Petronas towers. Because everything else in the room was old and falling apart. The sockets were coming out of the wall, the bedding had holes and foundation stains in them, the bathroom had mold and paint coming off the ceiling. the shower door wouldn't close and it looked like it had grime all over the tiles and walls...it was probably bleached so badly the colour had gone. Bath mat did not get changed at all during my 7 night stay, no hand/face towels for the first few days, then changing them was hit and miss, and at some point they took them away and not replaced them...bath towels were really old, had gone from white to some dirty grey, again with holes in them and at some point when replaced they had hair from other people. It is a very convenient hotel if you have business going on in the centre, and the view I got was lovely, but that aside it needs some serious renovation.
