Exceptional
Big clean rooms. Everything works. Only issue is not many eateries in the area and not easy to hail a cab. Hotel reception is helpful though and will help book a cab which takes an average 10-15mins to arrive.

the location was good with nice small restaurant around. Easy to get around and nice environment. Only complain is the hotwater is not working properly and the room carpet does not feel clean.

Exceptional
The hotel overall is great - comfort, location, service, and it's tucked away off the beaten path so it's quiet... the only complaint I have is that the gym is very minimal. There are 2 treadmills (only 1 was working) and a small stack of free weights tucked in the corner of a dining room. I have stayed at this hotel almost every time I visit Shanghai for the past 8 years, and I will continue to do so.

Big room. Great location .Poor maintenance
I can't understand how we can run a Hotel without a basic knowledge of service. From Front Desk to cleaning staff. There is not attention to details.Front desk doesn t know how interact with guest and the maintenance of the hotel condition is very poor. I have been there few time not many place has a big room like this hotel and big bathroom.they simple don t care about maintenance. Value for money still good. Location is great!!
