Close to airport, and good breakfast options
Dated fixtures and fittings but new TV. AC is also feeling its age but was still comfortable despite this. Breakfast buffet had a good range of choice available too but service was a bit lacking in care (I was asked if I wanted tea and then no one came to provide it!) Location is very near to the airport - just 5 mins drive away which is highly convenient.

Very dated hotel in need of lots of work
The hotel is dated, with a leaky roof which was unfortunate as it rained for 2 days straight! Buckets in reception is not a good look. We waited 45mins to be allocated a smoking room with our 1 year old, so had to complain and move. We also had to argue for the standard of room we had ordered. After this however, the other reception staff were very helpful and kind. Definitely a travellers hotel, not one to spend your whole holiday in!

Some staff are very impolite and negative. Management dose not attend to complain and are defensive, they know nothing about smile and they wont even investigate your complaint as if no quality control is there they just ignoer it. I feel the hotel to be hostile, arrogant and aggressive. Not like any other 5 or even 4 stat hotel brand chain hotel.
