The service here is FANTASTIC! The front desk manager remembered us, even though we were only there for one night, and took great care of us. The room was also nice and clean!

The service is good, breakfast also not bad. very close to the main tourist area. the rooms (and especially the balconies) need a renovation. check in on Friday was taking about 15 min because only one receptionist was on duty.

This hotel has seen better days. It has a nice lobby and the staff was friendly but I found the room to be quite run down and a bit dirty. The hall carpets were badly stained. The bathroom was grimy and the toilet ran constantly. I could clearly hear the guests in the adjacent rooms. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast spread was excellent. It was fine for a night but it would be hard to rate the overall experience as much better than average.

Terrible encounters with some staff
Rooms not ready on arrival, no apologies, waited two extra hours, they tried to charge us extra for having a COUPLE in a DOUBLE room (truly bizarre), then the concierge was so rude to my father, we couldn’t wait to leave. Very uncomfortable.

A mon étage les portes avoisinantes n’ont pas cessé de claquer. Des « grooms « ont été installés sur les portes mais ils ne sont pas réglés ramenant la porte violemment. Autre problème, pas d’insonorisation dans les chambres.

Trevligt hotell eilat
Bra och fräscht hotell nära stranden i Eilat. Mest par och äldre gäster. Bra frukost (dock kunde det vara mycket folk i frukostmatsalen), trevligt poolområde (gratis handduk). Balkongerna mot havet blir väldigt varma i solen mellan kl 10-16 så om ni vill sitta ute på balkongen under dagen kan ni be om en balkong mot marinan (skugga). Sammanfattningsvis bra hotell, trevlig personal bra relation pris/kvalitet.

Этот отель не может носить 4* ещё и за такие деньги.Когда кто-то будет заказывать семейный номер,имейте ввиду,что туалет очень узкий.С канализации ужасно ваняло.В отеле всё очень старое,что даже не ясно чисто там или нет.Отелю требуется капитальный ремонт.Везде в коридоре старый,вонючий кавролит.Кондиционер гудел так, как-будто рядом аэропорт.Завтрак тоже был не вкусный,да и выбирать сильно не из чего было(можно сказать,что два салата были вкусными).Короче впечатление от отеля,одно разочарование к сожалению.
