Gotta do better
My room was the very first room next the the main entrance. The room had blackout curtains that could not close all the way. You could see in the room. I had to use the clip hangers to pull the curtains together to get some privacy. The tub also had rust in it which was not good. The size of the room is perfect since it has a couch in there too. I was unable to check in early even though the hotel was not sold out.

Stay Away
Parking is limited and extremely dark. We ended up parking at a restaurant next door. There is one elevator that is small and very jerky. The room was musty and smelled of mold/mildew. The walls and ceiling were in bad condition. The sheetrock has been poorly patched and repaired. The privacy curtains would not close completely. There were hairs in one bed and a small spider. The shower curtain was hung too high so it did not keep water in the tub. Some of the washcloths provided looked grayish/yellowish instead of white. The AC/heat did not come on as expected. There was a ceiling fan that kept the air moving but it looked bad, too. The highway noise was loud all night long. The eggs at breakfast were inedible.

Service was good and location was great but the hotel was a bit run down. Carpets in hall and stairwells were nasty and the hall smelled of disinfectant. One of the lights alongside the bed had been taken off the wall and the closet door wouldn’t close. Overall though it was solid but probably would not choose to stay there again.

I wish I could say that we stayed but upon checking in, the front desk informed me that they canceled my reservation due to it being over booked. They said they reached out but never once did. They told us good luck and try using Expedia.
