Please look elsewhere.
If you’re looking to rest and sleep in a comfortable place I highly recommend staying elsewhere. The only reason I picked this hotel was so I can walk to Yankee Stadium but I quickly regretted it. On a Monday night music being blasted all night, the smell of weed in the halls, and a lady moaning so loud you’d think its a show going on, I didn’t even bother trying to sleep through the night or complain as the staff in the front don’t care or realize what’s going on, checked out the same night and went elsewhere.

Nice staff.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was updated and clean. The downside: noisy as there is no sound barrier for the hallways and other rooms. The elevator dings loudly all night long. There is a small parking lot that doesn't fit all cars, so beware of parking in the neighborhood late at night.

Zero frills, but could be worse
Pros: brand new building, nice shower, helpful staff, clean and relatively spacious for the city. Cons: no coffee maker or cafes within walking distance, didn't realize housekeeping was by request only, and extremely noisy (sirens, car alarms, loud arguments outside) all night long. A huge, somewhat dangerous schlep if you want to walk into town. While the room didn't smell at all, the hotel does have smoking rooms, and the elevators and hallways did smell. Our bedding had a big cigarette burn in it. So, not the worst place I've stayed in, but the cons way outweigh the pros. Can only recommend if you are on a tight budget.

This place had nothing but traffic in and out of the hotel. The area in which is location is not safe. The parking space says, "park at your own risk." I checked in and checked ritlght out. The lady working in the front was rude and not apologetic to me. I would never return to this place.
