Are reservation was charged. The hotel where we had the reservation was closed and they didn't told as anything abaut the closure. The manager was very rude we are a family of 6 and we reserve reserve a family suite and they charge us extra for 2 extra persons.

Nice hotel, employees not very helpful
We couldn't sleep the night of Sunday 6th because of the noise in the room 5721 (there were three people listening to music, singing and talking until 3:40am). I talked to Ismael in Reception at 12:20, 1:50 and 3am reporting the incident and he was not able to send Security until 3:27. By then it was too late because we had to leave the hotel at 6 to take our flight back to Tijuana at 8. It spoil our vacation.
