No frills but pleasant, adequate
This no frills parador is very clean. Our bed was comfortable and the service was great; with respectful, friendly, informative staff. Breakfast was very good. One suggestion I made to the desk was to add grab bars in the shower to avoid any accidents. As pleasant as this parador is( for us at least), If you’re looking for luxurious accommodations, this parador is not for you. P.S. this parador has a pool.

A pretty building, and kind staff. The rooms are small, but adequate. Extremely environmentally conscious, yet their water front smelled of sewage. The swimming pool was nice. Outdoor dining was a great place for a light breakfast.

Nice quiet hotel.
My wife and I enjoyed the hotel. Location was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and even though the breakfast was extra, it wasn't too expensive. The only thing is they did not have hot tea for breakfast. Also, there aren't too many restaurants close by, so you may have to drive 10-15 minutes for dinner, which we were ok with. The lake is visible from the hotel's wrap around porch but it would be nice if there was a sitting area by the lake and a path to the lake. We almost didn't stay at this hotel because of the hotel's cancellation policy. We wanted a little more flexibility in case something came up last minute, but it all worked out in the end. My wife and I would stay there again.

Extremely quiet and relaxing. Rooms are small but they were offices in the 1920s which were repurposed into hotel rooms. To me, it met what I was looking for. Did I also mention it's my hometown? I was happy with my stay. PS, hot water takes a while to kick in
