Welcome to the Circle City Charmer! Your home away from home in the heart of the city and close to everything Indy has to offer. Our home was built in 1880, and presents old world charm with fresh upgrades, modern finishes and traditional decor. The property includes a two car garage, private and fenced back yard with table, chairs, grill and fire pit. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate at our coffee bar and sit on the porch to enjoy! Our home is perfect for entertaining or a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Perfect for business professionals in town for work, families, sporting events, or friends in town to enjoy all that Indy has to offer. Close to the new Bottleworks district & Mass Ave, and one mile north of Monument Circle and the convention center. Less than a mile to 8 downtown hospitals.

The entire home, garage and fenced in backyard including all amenities will be available to enjoy. Make yourself at home! Enjoy this entire two story home and private parking in the two car garage and a private back yard (unique in the city)! We offer discounts on longer term rentals (weekly and monthly) when life brings you here for longer periods of time and you prefer a furnished experience. Within walking distance to many downtown corporate offices, less than a mile from 8 downtown hospitals, and number outs places to eat and entertainment!
Sleeping Arrangements: The home has two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and a single rollaway, and in bedroom two, a queen bed and a queen air mattress. There is an additional air mattress and the couch is also an option (while not a pull out). The home comfortably sleeps 5-6.
Most downtown locations are a short walk, Uber, or scooter ride away!
Parking: Feel free to use our 2 car garage. The driveway can also accommodate an additional 2 spots. There is also street parking available.
