The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The drapes do not shut all the way, there are sheers covering the window, but they are not sufficient to keep out the bright lights from the parking lot and the building across the road. I found a way to darken the room and it was fine.
So we get there and we got put into room 118 we got inthere the floors where stained walls where discusting. It was cold we put heater on left for 3nhrs came back still ice cold. My wife went down to desk and complained there solution was to give us blankets let alone we had a handicap person in a wheelchair that they said they didnt have a handicap room after we requested it. So we had to keep bringing the person to the main bathroom through out the night. Then our bed had stains on it. Discusting
Shower didn't work and bed hard as rock
Our room was ok. The bed however was terrible. It was hard as a rock and we could not get any sleep. We woke up in pain. The pillows weren't very good either. The in room coffee was absolutely disgusting. The halls smelled strongly of Marijuana. We won't stay here again.
The stay was good, comfortable, nice. I was not happy that no one shoveled the walkway with 2 feet of snow.
The front desk was nice but the room was a joke. Lights didn’t work by the mirror no did the outlet. Had to put the microwave on the bed to use it because the only outlet that worked was next to the bed and it was the only outlet that was in the room. Trash under the bed from previous visitors. Legit bullshit. Management was very apologetic. Steer clear of room 226
The key for our room didn't work because it wasn’t connected properly, we finally got into our room and it smelled really badly of smoke. I went to the front desk and she told me that they didn’t have any of my suites available and offered a different type of room. I had no choice so I took it. The room was eh at best, the door to the bathroom didn’t close properly, and even if it would, the lock was on the outside of the bathroom. I spoke to the front desk again and asked for a discount and she told me that she will talk to her manager and they will contact me on Friday. I didn’t expect them to reach me, and they did not. I will reach out to them in a few days and follow up. This place is really bad.
I was unsure about travelling given the state guidelines but I needed to be in Vermont for family health reasons so I quarantined, tested and booked a room. Staff were friendly and efficient and explained all COVID19 guidelines. Room had been cleaned and sealed. As good an experience as could be given circumstances
Overall, very nice staff and in a good location right off the highway. However, our lights didn't work right and were super confusing? Very clean and disinfected prior to our stay, which was nice during this pandemic time, but it was just a little ~off~. However, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. We would potentially stay here again.
My Suite was Suppose To Have a Bath Tub and a Mountain view.. It Didn't... It had a Big Redish/brown stain in the Tile Grout upon entry of the Bathroom though.... I was moved, then, I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM FOR OVER AN HOUR. THE WHOLE FLOOR WAS ! .. Once I was able to get into my room, I discovered my refrigerator had defrosted because someone put it on the wrong setting.... Ice Cream Melted..... I feel sorry for the employee's, Everyone was so nice but.... You can only do so much with a run down building.... I spent money for a Suite, they tried to make it right. I was so aggravated I cleaned up the mess from the fridge myself then I couldn't even sleep.
