Hotel has a great location. Close to the old city, Plaza Independencia, shopping, and transportation (bus lines). I was given a room in a smoking floor, which made it uncomfortable, since I am allergic to smoke. Bedding was comfortable. Both the bedroom and bothroom were large. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a good selection, including eggs and bacon. The whole place needs a little updating, but it is a good value.

Nice hotel close to dowtown Montevideo.
In general very good experience. The staff excellent, the breakfast, even thought is repetitive is very complete..The room excellent. The hotel may need a renovation to bring it up to a more modern look, I notice they are doing that for the work at the lobby. Even that everything is in working condition. I will return? yes. I will recommend ? yes.
