Great room. May just stay at Hiltons from now on. Two details I wish I had 1. Window didn’t open 2 bathroom mirror light was super bright
Room was sealed with a "clean sticker" but room wasn't too clean.... spots in the shower and on the walls. Shower didn't work. There were Lysol wipes available which was good.
We have stayed here a few times but this time was bad. The lysol pandemic cleaning was obviously not done as the blue sticker on our door indicated. The shower had old dirty soap from the last person stay , smudges all over the windows. We moved to a different room with no apology and an attitude from the manager and staff.

The hotel was fine. The service was horrendous from check in to after check out. The women who checked us in was rude. No carts to bring our belongings up and she states they must be in use and did nothing about it until we complained. We had originally had two reservations and cancelled one and were charged for both. The hotel is refusing to refund even though they admit there was a cancellation. We were charged to park on the street no free parking or valet. Had to keep going out to feed the meter. There is a hotel right down the street. Way better service. Will never stay here again! Hotels.com also refused to refund us!
I Was amazes to see an evening desk receptionist without a mask. She was on every evening during my stay, and not once did she wear a a facial covering required of all guests. I will likely not return due to such disregard for public health.
It was WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay and staff were great!
I felt comfortable with their COVID precautions. The pool was open, however the bar/restaurant was not. We parked across the street at the parking garage because parking was full, total cost to park was $38.00 for 4pm-1pm. Great location to walk downtown
