Pullman Reef Hotel Casino

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Wonderful ambience.

My main issue was the noise - the rooms are not at all sound-proofed and I could hear the next door's TV and conversations well into the early hours as well as any other guests walking by. The rooms facing the Pullman International are on a road which for some reason draws the need for people to rev their engines excessively. As a vegan in a 5* hotel (in 2018) I expect there to be at least a few options and here there were none without making a special request (bar the fresh fruit). All of the bread, pastries and buffet had dairy - I think a simple vegan bread option wouldn't go amiss. Also the only "butter/ margarine" available had milk in it too so also inadequate. There was Soy milk for coffees etc but when you're paying a hefty price tag for breakfast you'd hope there would be alternatives to Avocado on toast every day for a week. The kitchen made little effort in the way of offering up suggestions which is pretty disappointing. A Nespresso machine and almost free mini bar were a nice to have but I'd take a sound-proofed room above any of the extras. The staff however were excellent and easily the best thing about the hotel, but I wouldn't stay here again as I slept terribly for 9 nights and the breakfast was much below par. Don't compare this to any other Pullman you've stayed at as it just doesn't get close to the quality you'd expect unfortunately.

Everyone form reception down to the cleaners were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The rooms were huge with views to die for and we can't wait to go back a third time. Great beds, location pool

Excellenct location, great staff, excellent rooms

There was no buffet breakfast which was information not provided to us when we included the breakfast. It was a very, very ordinary al la carte menu and disappointing.

I had to wait quite a while in line before i could check in. When i checked in i knew on the reservation that it stated 2 beds. I tried to change it online for a queen bed but couldn't so when it was my turn i asked the receptionist if we could have one bed instead of two. She said no because we booked online and because we did that they won't consider any changes asked for. Didn't look and didn't want to try and sort something out because i had booked online. She said if i booked directly with them they would try and do something for me. I did get another email saying if i joined the 'ALL- Accor Live Limitless' before your stay or on check in and you will get free internet for your stay in all Accor properties and your choice of a $20.00 Food & Beverage voucher, a bottle of house wine or self-parking for your first stay!! I did it and got nothing.I thought i would put in an enquiry and they phoned me later that night and said they would do it and sent a bottle of wine up to our room. I would of got nothing if i didn't enquire.Anyway our stay was very nice but the room was dated for the calibre of a Casino. It just would be good if people honour what they say.Also tonight i got a invoice from the Casino with the charge of $12.00 for parking. The receptionist waived that charge this morning on our checkout because we registered with the Accor Club and said that free parking was part of their deal.I have written back to Pullman and said that.

It was a great catch up trip and the Breakfast was nice due to the COVID-19 Restrictions and the Staff were very good
