I needed a microwave, front desk upgraded our room to include a microwave. Room was spacious, clean and wonderful. The only complaint I had was one elevator was out of service and the only other elevator kept stopping or breaking down. Very frustrating. I also think they should try the hot breakfast with an individual serving it. I went to another hotel that did that and it was lovely. Great property though.

I try always to stay at Hampton Inns when possible. always comfortable and very clean as was this inn in Jamestown. Our only problems were with the extremely thin garbage bags that kept falling into the can and the lighting. room very dark with little lighting. very difficult to see in the room. other than that. all good
