Nothing fancy

When we arrived for check at 4:30 we were told we received an upgrade because our room wasn’t ready yet. This was a pleasant surprise, the hotel was quiet and located in a very nice area. The staff was very friendly but when it came to servicing requests to get our room cleaned or fresh towels that went unanswered. Our room was not cleaned for 5-days, we asked 2x for fresh towels and never received them. I had to get them off of the cleaning land in the hall. Upon checkout the staff didn’t even ask how our stay was when we were at the front desk. This stay was not top notch, honestly I would not stay here again.
