Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Essen lecker und vielfältig. Das Spa (die „Cretan Massage“) ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten das „Double Swim up Pool“ Zimmer. Der Pool war leider eiskalt und das Zimmer lag im Schatten, deshalb ist es unserer Meinung nach den Preis nicht wert. Die Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit im Gegensatz zum Großteil des Servicepersonals. Wir waren vor unserer Abreise um 6:40 Uhr beim Frühstück (ab 5 Uhr ist es möglich zu frühstücken). Der Frühstückssaal war komplett leer, nur wir tranken dort unseren Kaffee. Der Koch schrie bzw. schimpfte durch den ganzen Saal und zeigte dabei immer wieder auf uns, GRUNDLOS! Auf Nachfrage, ob das üblich sei, winkten die Kollegen ab und lachten.. Wir kommen nicht wieder!
