All met our expectations Friendly. Restaurant was o.k.
Being close to the hill. Eat in kitchen. Ski locks.
The hotels benefit is the very close proximity to the ski hill. Its more of a ski lodge than the Grand so has a different ambiance. Friendly people at the counter, underground parking and a ski locker in the garage.
The location was good for access to the lifts. Definitely ski in/out. The facility itself needs work. We needed flashlights to see in the rooms at night as the lights were so dim and sparse. Secure door was not secure and lacked locking mechanism. The box for one of our beds was broken and the mattress poorly supported. The room were clean and well maintained despite the challenges presented by COVID-19 and staff was there to help where possible.
I really liked the decor of the room ,view. from the window. Ski in ski out was perfect. Room was quite small. R.I. Kelowna
Love all the Nancy Greene history within the hotel.
We really liked the location and the hot tubs. Our room was small and kinda dated but served purpose to get on the slopes!!
Cahilty is in a great location, brindles you miss the platters, it’s a hike to get to, so true ski-in ski-out as long as you can get the ride going up before the patters close. Great for two families staying together in one location and close to restaurants and shops, just across the parking lot.
Good location. Somewhat quiet. Older rooms but clean. Restaurant was good! Especially breakfast. Have gluten free.
The property is very out dated and is in need of some up keep. The property is right in the heart of the village so very convenient for walking to the lifts. Underground parking was a great bonus. The front desk staff are friendly, but limited in there ability to help there guests. The elevator creeks and groans as it raises and lowers it guests. The water pressure is non existent, you may as well have a bird bath. Window frames are wood so they have a hard time opening. The room is not sound proof so you hear all of the ski boots running up and down the halls and above the room. You get woken up at 5am from guests above your room moving furniture. The appliances in the room are so out dated, the dishwasher was incredibly loud, could not hear the TV over the unit. looks like it was made in the 80's. Washed the dishes by hand after that experience. The Tv had optics so that was nice, the only down side is the TV is limited to 30 volume level so you could not hear the movie very well. Had to turn the fan and any other noisy electronics off just to hear the movie. The bed was the worst! Very hard, no cushion. We asked about the bed but they were fully booked so had no options for us, gave us pillows. Checked out early as a result of the bed situation. Manager sent an email but had no remorse for our situation. Worst email from a manager ever! This was a valentines day to remember for sure!... I feel that this hotel is way over priced for what you get. Not worth the price at all.
