The front desk clerk announced my room number. Not cool. She needs to be taught to point to the room number on the card sleeve. I also asked her if there was a market (I wanted some wine). She said no. I asked if there was a store nearby. She directed me to AM/PM. I had to go explore on my own. For the amount charged, I was completely unimpressed with the service and the accommodations

Friendly service! Not bad but not perfect.
The customer service was great, and all of the employees were very friendly. The hotel was clean, the shampoo and conditioner were a decent brand if I recall. The bed was comfortable. My only complaints are that I wanted hotter water in the shower and they didn't have real creamer for coffee, just the powdered stuff or hazelnut coffeemate, blech.

great stay
great customer service given by Denise & Grace who work the front desk. They were very polite & welcoming to the establishment. Housekeeping was good as well it was a pregnant lady she was very nice and did an excellent job cleaning. Maintenance also was great he helped me with the fridge. I would recommend this establishment and would use there facility again
