The hotel and rooms were very nice. No complaints on the actual stay. However, during the booking and payment, I received multiple emails that my reservation was canceled. Had to make multiple phone calls to the hotel to confirm the stay. When I arrived, my reservation was there, however, the room type was different. My friend and I split the rooms, and he had to read his credit card number out loud in the public lobby in front of everyone. Additionally, he got charged for his room and I got charged double for my room and his room. Overall, the connection between the hotel and hotels.com is garbage and needs to be improved.
