Stunning hotel! Our best holiday so far, in part because of this gorgeous property. Just as beautiful as seen in pictures. Very well maintined. The common areas, our room, everything was simply beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ask them for local recommendations.

Little oasis in the Mayan Jungle! I really enjoyed my stay at Muare Tulum. I appreciate the warm hospitality and additional suggestions for my birthday weekend. This was the perfect boutique hotel for a quick getaway in Tulum. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is really good. The spa was relaxing and the room was cozy. The staff was super attentive and even did some special things in celebration of my husband’s 40th bday. Would definitely recommend! Some notes: - Take pesos - Taxis are pricey, consider renting a scooter or atv to get around if you feel confident driving. (Roads are awful near the hotel and it can be dark at night, but the staff will help you rent transportation, so it’s nice to have it as an option.) - Centrally located - downtown and the hotel zone are close! - There are no tvs in the rooms. But there is Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed the room itself, very beautiful. We took the plunge pool, but felt this was not necessary as the communal areas were so nice. Unfortunately we had a few issues throughout the stay regarding light fixtures not working, internet going off and on in the last days, and insects (but i say that loosely as it should be expected to encounter a few in the jungle). Having said this, this would not prevent me from booking here again - overall it was really great!
