Welcome to our home! Bright and tastefully furnished, our home is located on the lower ground with a private entrance and a few steps to the main door. Once inside, there is a cosy living area with a sofa and TV. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and tub and complimentary toiletries for guests. The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils and cookware to make a delicious meal - there are shops nearby to pick up some groceries as well! The 2 bedrooms feature a double bed each, which are fitted with fresh linen and towels as well as storage space for your items. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The flat is in historic Kemptown Village, an area filled with Regency and Victorian architecture and a famous seafront promenade. Great cafes, gastro pubs, and restaurants are within a short walk as are a baker, butcher, and bookshop. WALKING - From the house you can walk to everything you'll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc. BUSES - There are numerous buses if you prefer to jump on a bus. They are regular and easy to use and go from Western Road, a couple of minutes walk north from the flat. TAXI - Taxi companies & UBER operate locally so getting around is never an issue. BIKES - All over the city you can hire a social bike and enjoy the cycle path that runs from Hove all the way to Saltdean, it's beautiful cycling along the coast. You can also park these bikes up securely across the whole city. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
