Not bad when not busy
Rooms were very nice and clean. You could tell it was an older building. You can hear the room next door pretty clearly talking. I was there during a snow storm so there were only a few people staying at the hotel and I only had one night with a family with young kids next to me.

Love the look of this hotel. Check in and check out was really good. Our room from first look appeared really nice but after being in there for a while we noticed the bathroom was simply not clean. Found several things that staff simply didn’t touch. That is a huge turnoff for us. Plus the floors weren’t clean.

Our room was very comfortable with a large shower and soft, comfy bed linens. Although the weather turned cold we were able to stay cozy with food delivery and local favorite eateries close by.

Relaxing and Enjoyable
We make this trip to Hot Springs every year as a couple or as a family. Things were definitely different in what we were comfortable or able to do in the community with Covid. The Hotel did a great job of providing services within the safety protocol and we certainly felt safe. Appreciated all the extra precautions even if it meant not having all the amenities.

Clean and quiet
We had a nice stay here. It was quiet and room was comforrable. Beautiful view of city from 14th floor. We did not encounter any other guests during our 1 night stay.

I thought the hotel was closer to bathhouse row. The lobby is very nice my room has some small stains but overall clean. When i checked in i was very welcomed. Check out was on but not as friendly. I would suggest getting a cupcake at fat bottom cupcakes by the bathhouse they are amazing. Breakfast was a bag with a sandwich and small pastry with a small oj. Overall happy but would have booked somewhere else if i realized it wasn't right across the street.
