Front staff went above and beyond service levels helping me check in without any documents as they were 5 hours behind my arrival. I thought that the food was a little bit pricey so we ended up just going into whatever restaurant looked good. We found an asian restaurant plus also an Italian restaurant. Who would have known that one of the waiters actually sings in a traditional group and he’s singing for us….very nice indeed. The only thing that I would say needed improvement was the elevator… they really need a second elevator beside the first elevator.

Ideal location if visiting the Basillica. No frills hotel, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurant has very weird hours (no food between 3 pm and 7 pm) and restaurant staff is mixed; one waiter was quiet but very helpful but another was quit rude and acted unhappy to be serving Americans. There are many other restaurants around (the grille across the street had good food and very friendly staff)—but many of them are closed during the “off season”.
